Positive: the proximity to the ADO, that the TV/cable works very well as well as the Wi-Fi, that there is hot water and the gentleman who stays in the early morning is cool, he opened up for us whenever we arrived late. From there on out the truth is that it is very old, dirty, neglected and deteriorated. One understands that there are affordable prices but that does not mean that you are going to offer the customer a garbage dump and crappy service. It is clear that the owner of this place is least concerned about the clients because the room in general is disgusting. Very dirty. Entering the room we found a dead cockroach. I thought about asking for change immediately but my husband told me that when he entered he smelled a lot of insecticide, so whatever was there had already died and that's how it was. Don't even think about sleeping under the covers because the sheets were torn, old and looked disgusting. The same with the sink (disgusting is an understatement) and the bathtub, not to mention, it felt sticky because of how dirty it was (I regretted not wearing flip flops). Dirty walls, very dirty pillows, the bathtub curtain with a lot of black spots from the humidity, the bathroom lamp broken, little light because there is only one small window... The young man who served us well X, very demanding for the filth that is. The girl from the bathroom starts singing the Buki songs at 10am so if you stay up she obviously wakes you up (plus we who hallucinated it, a little worse); and I don't know what it cleans or what it changes because the truth is everything is horrible. In life I will stay here again.

I stayed here as a single woman traveling alone because it was close to the bus station where I was supposed to catch a bus early the next day. The website says they speak English. They don’t. I had no other choice but to stay as it was so late, I couldn’t get anything else close. I have never felt so unsafe. The chain on the door was falling off and the lock in the doorknob was sketchy. The windows were open and there were holes in the screens. There was noise from the neighbors all night. I had issues getting the shower to work and there was a crack in the filthy tub. On the plus side... the a/c worked fine and I think the sheets were clean.

This place is a dump. No wash clothes or ice. No phones in room and 3 locks on the door is a dead give away. Take you passport with you. There are no safes. The smell is that of sewage coming from the toilets. Mold and mildew in the bathrooms. You get a key, tv remote and air conditioner remote at check in. The breakfast is a joke. Pay no more than $22 to stay and stay no more than a night. Love yourself
