A real hidden gem in Cancun! If you're looking for a cozy and relaxing stay in the bustling hotel area of Cancún, the Maya Caribe Faranda Hotel is an amazing choice. We had a wonderful holiday here and we were very pleased. The main advantage of the hotel is its fantastic location on 6.5 km of Kukulkan Boulevard. Right by the exit is a bus stop, which provides a couple of minutes to nightclubs or the city centre. And only 300 meters away is a ferry dock, so we took an easy trip to Isla Mujeres. If you want to visit excursions clearly recommend applying for them to Yuri Shchepkin you will easily find him by his last name on the Internet or social networks. It's got more than fifteen years of work, prices are much lower than the competition and everything is organized just fine. The hotel itself is very small with only 34 rooms in a colorful Mexican style, thanks to which there are no crowds or bustle. The room had all the necessary air conditioning, a comfortable King bed, a minibar and a balcony with beautiful views. The grounds are very well maintained: three clean pools with a waterfall and secluded areas with sun loungers in the shade. Playa Tortugas beach right in front of the hotel is a fairy tale! Snow-white sand, clear turquoise water and ideal bathing temperature. The footage for social media is incredible. As for all-inclusive meals, the Cielito Lindo restaurant serves delicious Mexican dishes. The only nuance of service can be a little slow, but on vacation it's not critical. The snack bar makes great burgers on coals, and the bar mixes quality cocktails (Pinha Colada and Tequila Sunrise super!). Dining outdoors overlooking the Caribbean Sea is priceless. A huge bonus was that we were allowed free use of all the infrastructure and bars of the neighbouring Dos Playas partner hotel. For this price, getting the privileges of two hotels at once is just a gift. We'll definitely come back here again for that soulful and relaxed atmosphere!

Very good attention, I lost my wallet with money and documentation. Mr. Luis Felipe and his team searched with the cameras of the hotel and managed to recover it eternally grateful , the very complete breakfast and the beach one of the best without sargassum . I'd come back many times.
