Mayafair Design Hotel

Bad attention, the room DID NOT HAVE A DOOR IN THE BATHROOM, but A CURTAIN. UNPRESENTABLE

The hotel is old, but the staff are very very friendly and give good care, reception kitchen and the cleaning, the room super spacious and comfortable, gave us good tips and made us feel comfortable, and I went with all my family of 16

I booked this hotel and was informed a deposit was being taken. All the money was taken straight away. When i arrived it looked completely different. There was no security as young female i didn't feel safe. I did not stay there at all, however booked it for 7 nights and didn't stay for any. However, if someone needs somewhere to for a short stay and they are older it may be fine. I asked for a refund on 21/05/25 in person and was told come back tomorrow 22/06/25 as i was informed a manager will be there, no manager was there. I still have not received my refund!!
