Staff warm and friendly especially Africa,nicoand the housemaids. Fantastic hotel. Fantastic location, close to the beach bars and shops.clean and spacious rooms.the rooftop terrace was good.being an adult hotel NO SCREAMING KIDS running around. WHOOP WHOOP 🤭. Would definitely recommend.

Alicia and Ivan from the animation team sounded top, animated everyone, very attentive, grabbed the children and adults, did not let anyone stay outside. I recommend!

I went to Cancun bay and met a worker named Alicia who did Zumba and karaoke and was an amazing social director very attentive and very well spoken and her manors are great. Because of her kindness and care for her job I would definitely recommend Cancun bay to my friends and family.
