Moon Palace All Inclusive

My friend and I booked a treatment that involved a massage (80 min) and a facial (50 min) - we felt deeply relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Karla checked in with me when appropriate and adapted the pressure to my preferences (tight shoulder blades need a bit more, all else doesn't). Loved it! In fact so much, that we booked another massage the following day upon checkout. This time it was Berenice and she did a fabulous job at relaxing me just before my flight back to Europe. We recommend using these services! Bring some time and use the Spa Facilities in the hour before and/or after your appointment - Ximara (?) and her colleagues will guide you through the wellness stations (e.g. steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.) and take care of you. We enjoyed it very much. :-)

Randall is a very cheerful and friendly young man. He made our days at Moon Palace so much fun! Thanks to him, the whole family joined in playing volleyball, dancing, and participating in the games. As always, it’s a pleasure to come back to Moon Palace! The food, service, and facilities are truly outstanding! Randall es un joven muy alegre y ameno.
