Oasis Smart

All the attention was good, just a few details regarding the cleanliness of the room; everything else was very good.

Oasis Smart has been our favourite Hotel when i come to Cancun, accesible from the ADO bus terminal; banks across the street, currency exchange, pharmacy and Chedrahui superstore. The room is big; clean, all my basic needs are covered. Me and my wife are always happy to come back! Newly renovated, the correct price. Congratulations to the Concierge Mario, great job done. The ladies at the reception desk, amazing welcoming service attitude, Wendy, Elian and Michelle… i think some of them are on training; very good! Keeping Cancun as a major vacations destination. Very good service, everything is clean, and the attention from Erick, Carlos, and Santiago is very attentive to everything one needs (missing a fridge in the room), the rest is impeccable.
