Riu Palace Las Americas All Inclusive

This hotel provided us with an amazing holiday. And the staff is the main responsible. Starting with the room where dear Jorge left everything organized and created beautiful sculptures of towels, which we had fun every day. The restaurant staff is impeccable. Always kind, attentive and agile in everything we needed. Highlights for Edgar who was tireless every day at breakfast or in the Italian restaurant at night and all Sebastian's team who provided an amazing birthday night for my husband. Everyone on the team got involved to make his day special. We received tequila with strawberries with chocolate in the room, the pool entertainment team made the whole hotel sing congratulations to him (and Miguel won our hearts). The room was all decorated with balloons and the black and white restaurant staff arranged a beautiful table and brought dessert with a very fun congratulations. The structure and location are excellent. Near restaurants and even dava to walk to CocoBongo. Shoppings and nearby options as well. The food is very good and the rooms are suitable, despite the furniture a bit old. The service definitely pays off. The hotel is exclusive for adults, so it is quiet and there is no chaos of large families in the surroundings. There are lovely and fun shows at night and various different environments to enjoy. We had a massage session that was delicious. The beach in front of the resort is virtually private and the pools are great. The place has everything you expect from an all inclusive, but with the kindest people you will meet in your life. ❤️✨ Ps. Thanks for everything. Food, parties, alcohol. Everything went great. Even my shuttle and jet skies with Amador and Amstar were great. Definitely be back soon.

We did a tui multi trip part of our honeymoon. 3 days in cozumel and 11 nights at rui palace The lobby is beautiful and does give you the wow factor Currently 3 days in and it very much an eye opener. I would 100% do your research, they say it classed as luxury but I really don't think it is. We avoided rui cancun next door as this was 'Party' but this hotel as more party vibes! Not sure if it do with people visiting, but I would definitely not be coming back here! The rooms definitely need updating Eating breakfast outside is a problem due to the birds. Avoid eating at the black and white restaurant the steak is very chewy, no seasoning and they expect you to share small chips between two!
