The attention at the front desk was excellent, the manager Eduardo personally ensured that we had the best room to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary, Said at the front desk was super kind. In general, the service is far superior to normal, the girl who did our cleaning, those who served us at the beach, the maintenance guy named Rodiber, the pool bartender, in general their staff is exceptional. The reason I deduct one point (and I should even deduct more) is because the hotel looks old and neglected and the food is not good at all. Also, the pool towel staff is never in their place. The manager recommended a tour to Isla Mujeres to us and it was a very good tour, we loved it! The food options are very limited.

Excellent service, highly recommended

I've never seen a bed more uncomfortable in my life. We were in 5 couples and all reported the same thing. The air conditioning in the room makes a noise. In addition, the common spaces and restaurants of the hotel do not have air conditioning, the heat is unbearable. In the restaurants the best dishes of the menu never have. I could quote a few more questions.
