Sina Suites

Me and my friend stayed in Sina Suites on our visit to Cancun, it's in very good location close to Hotel zone and Downtown Cancun, bus stops few minutes walk and few shops within walking distance! We had Junior suite very spacious , there's also swimming pool and restaurant on the site overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon. If you lucky you can spot crocodiles 🐊 😁 . Staff is very friendly and the owner of the place George is absolute Legend 💯 👌! Our TV didn't work properly we told George and next day he turned up with brand new TV set wow 👏 And on our last day his Chef prepared traditional Mexican Pozole dish.. yummy 😋 Thank you Guys for everything you are doing a great job!! We stayed for one night and had an apartment. Sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and a room with 2 beds. It should be noted that the beds are not large ;-). The pool is very pretty. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant with a view of the marina. It was very good and the staff was very nice. From the beginning, we were well received, with a complimentary drink just because we waited 5 minutes for our room. A bottle of water for each person and the possibility to refill them as needed :)

Cancun is famous for its hotel zone...behemouth hotels with security guards, traffic, and equally high costs. Sina Suites is situated in a quiet, secluded neighbourhood. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and delighted to find lush gardens, a well maintained pool, a restaurant ready to cook starting early in the morning until late in the evening. The room, a suite in our case, was spacious and, yes, a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Rooms have AC, fridge, and microwave. Bathrooms are large with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water (but don't drink it!). Everything worked and housekeeping was thorough and complete i.e. new towels and sheets without question. Haven't seen that in a long time! The best thing about this place is the staff. Food in the restaurant was simple but delicious and, for the first time in a long time, staff made us feel welcome and that were happy to have us as guests. A few things that might be helpful: Don't drink the water AND don't flush toilet paper down the toilet! That's just the way it is. The secluded location means you won't be nipping out for ten litres of water. This is where we put Uber to the test and, happily, Uber was excellent. We recommend using Uber for your groceries and water delivery (we found 20 litres was sufficient for two of us for a week). The drivers were excellent, reliable, on time and we suggest remembering to tip them well. Uber drivers were much preferred to "taxis" due to flexibility and cost. Again, we had an Uber driver who spoke good English and was happy to work hourly so we had a day of sightseeing. All in all, excellent stay at Sina Suites...thank you!
