It's old, the only thing nice is the view. The bathrooms falling down the doors, dirty, rooms without air conditioning, I didn't want to stay one night.

The photos they share look nothing like reality, the hotel is in horrible condition, almost ruined, ants in the rooms, no TV or A/A even though we pay for that. There's no hot water, in the pool even bugs, you go out and feel your skin itching. Really a horrible hoax with photos of the hotel that looks nothing like the reloaded one, the only rescueable thing is the view they have of the lagoon.

It is a very clean hotel, with that point, there were no problems. The waitresses are very hard-working. The pool was super clean, which is why we liked it a lot. The facilities are very old, they are functional, but they look very shabby. The bedroom is minimalist. It only has beds, a dressing table, a nightstand, and chairs on the terrace. The bathroom is made of old, very worn tiles. The door is made of sheet metal, it also looks very old. However, we rested very, very comfortably. The beds were simple, but comfortable. You can hear everything in the hallway, even a very loud family arrived at around 5 in the morning and they shouted, laughed, talked very loudly and everything could be heard in our bedroom. It was very uncomfortable to be on vacation awake at 5 in the morning, but it is not the hotel's responsibility that families are reckless. We never lacked warm water, shampoo, soap, cream. Contrary to all the old, we rested very well. The location has an incredible view of the lagoon. The only uncomfortable thing about the hotel was the restaurant, for example, we ordered hotcakes, and they didn't have butter, they didn't have many things they offered on the menu. The day we arrived, we sat down in the restaurant and no one served us. We saw a young man with his cell phone, but we thought it was another customer. When I got up to ask at the bar who could serve us, he told us that the young man sitting with his cell phone was the waiter. It was the only bad experience. From then on everything went very well. The staff is very friendly. They even lock the parking lot for security, but the attendant is on call all night and will let you in whenever you arrive. It was a good experience.
