B&B Caribo Cozumel

To flee!! We stayed in February 2026 and the day after our arrival we found several cockroaches in the room. We notified the boss and decided to leave. He apologized on the phone and assured us that the stay would be refunded, saying that it was not the first time this had happened. Since then, we have received no response to our messages and have not yet been refunded. In addition, no help to find another accommodation on the day of our departure. No professionalism, it is very disappointing.

I had a great stay here - my room was clean, comfortable and had stylish touches that set it apart. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome from the start. It's perfectly located for the restaurants, bars and shops, and easy access to bike rental and tours. As a solo female traveler I would definitely recommend this place as a safe base from which to explore a beautiful island.

This is not a hotel it's a hostel. Very low budget hostel. Carolina the co-host person was very rude and would not even say good morning. Jorge was very nice, they have like 4 kids that also live in the property. The place was very hard to find, and it looks like people in Cozumel are not familiar with this place.
