Secrets Aura Cozumel Adults Only

Although the resort was a little dated, Secrets Aura Cozumel was great! Salvador Aponte was our concierge during our stay. He ensured we had the best service and that our room was always cool and stocked with our favourite drinks and snacks. He even checked that we always had water on the beach or poolside. Salvador recommended we reserve the Bali bed for the day and we went for it! That was the best experience of the trip! We reserved the beach Bali bed and were pampered and served our favourite lunch, champagne, popsicles and chocolate strawberries and then had wonderful massages on the beach, what a fantastic day! We had a great time! Best places to eat were Oceana and Windows. The head waiter Rosana and Hostess Emily were awesome and very friendly. So were all of the waiters. We went to Oceana everyday for breakfast and lunch! The eggs to taste, waffles, pancake breakfast, Ceviche and fish tacos for lunch are to die for! Common areas like the lobby and restaurants were always clean and the plants were well manicured. Thank you all for a wonderful memorable vacation!

Everything in general was very good, they just should have their staff better trained with welcome protocols and correction of critical errors in table service

Do not go here. The property is run down and dirty. The food is terrible. We were told the property was being tore down to be remolded in 2 months. Perhaps that is why they didn't seem to care much about the guests. We met several other couples who were very disappointed with their stay. If we could have changed our flights to go home early without having to pay a huge fee we would have left early.
