Sunscape Sabor Cozumel

April 20. 2024 was our first week ever in Cozumel. (Heard Sabor used to be part of Dreams.) Highlights: fabulous price tag. Beautiful walk out patio room right on the beach complete with personal lounge chairs. Snorkeling is the best ever! Cool informative star gazing presentation with lots of food. Didn't see anyone spraying for bugs and no lingering odors from seaweed around the resort. Every day there was fresh cooked burgers and chips with beans and cheese right off the beach so never went hungry. Lowlights: restaurant food was just okay and not many restaurants available to sabor. The best one available was the Marketplace. Timeshare annoyances. Room had leaky air conditioner and no bathtub. Not enough lowlights for us not to book again.

Sunscape Hello, we stayed at the hotel from March 21 to April 4, 2025. We appreciated many points: - The kindness of the staff - Mature Vegetation - Cleanliness of the premises - Non-smoking hotel (despite smoking and vaping at the beach bar) - The Gym - Availability of chairs (both at the pool and at the beach) - Numerous beach towels - Etc. On the other hand, we found the menu very giving à la carte lunch and evening. Within a week of our stay, the à la carte menu [snack for us], we were saturated. Fortunately, Ciro, Ricardo and Freddy were able to offer us something new for the rest and the end of our two weeks at Sunscape, restaurant and menu side. Together with Mr. Ruben of Secret, we were able to have the evening meal at this hotel. This gesture was greatly appreciated. The staff was amazing: Ciro, Ricardo & Freddy, as well as Leilany, Reyes, Antonio, Carolina, Raoul, Milagros, René, Angel,... thank you for their kindness and generosity... their humor and smile.
