Villablanca Garden Beach

Location was awesome but hotel had no hot water. There was a strong odor on ground floor emanating from a large covered hole where water was running. No restaurant or bar as advertised.

Bad. The hotel is probably closed but has opened a few rooms for participants to Iron Man, which goes this weekend. And then the accommodation was posted on the hotel booking pages. There is breakfast bar and restaurant but none of this is offered. When we arrived there was a simple coffee maker in a TV room that was then gone and when I asked they took it out so I could brew my morning coffee with my own bought coffee but today it was gone again. Went to the reception and h asked the person "normally only in winter". Now I'm pissed. The water in the bathroom tastes like wear and tear and can not be brushed in. The garden is really nice and the room is super nice and the cleaning very good But the service.... Shouldn't be out on pages if it's actually closed for the season. Double check before booking. Can certainly be good in high season....

Villablanca hotel is a great place to stay. It has private parking included, its location is strategic, it is close to stingray Beach and tikila. Overlooking the sea. In my case I went on a dive plan and it is excellent option. From the administration I was allowed to use the pool together with my Diving instructor as the dock was closed due to bad weather. Something that really is very good. The rooms are simple and large, have all the basics and necessary. The bed is very comfortable, I had some drawbacks that the administration quickly and kindly solved. If you are looking for luxury it may not be your best option, but if you are looking for personalized attention and a practical place, it is your choice. The hotel is colonial and family friendly. A few meters away it has 2 very good places for breakfast such as coconut coffee or paprika. It has a chedraui supermarket 5 minutes away.
