Condo 46

I have stayed at Condo. 46 a few times. My contact person w as a Mr. Marcos. Recently I tried to make another reservation and have yet to hear back from Condo 46. To a point I agree with some negative reviews. They do have some truth. I tried whatsapp?, email and phone. No reply. Mr. Marcos does not like me. That being said, do your job. The location is great by bars and restaurants. They told me they would clean every other day. Wound up being once a week. Be aware of the stairs. They want their money in advance. Good luck finding anyone to help after that. Better choices exist nearby. Thank you.

TOURIST SCAM ALART!! DO NOT Stay here, the owner of this place is a scam artist!! Nothing is in writing and they make up prices as they want - We came to stay for 3 months at this hotel and was not provided a lease, contract, or any type of documentation confirming our stay or notified of any charges other than the monthly rent and electricity. Once we arrived the manager was super nice and accommodating, but the place itself was horrible, it look nothing like the photos they advertised online. The shower was completely different from the photo and it leaked when turned on, all the furniture looked like it had ripped apart by dogs or cats, the plates were different and cheap, the bed and couch were both hard as a rock, there was only one extremely thin burnt up pot that scorched everything you tried to cook in it, we had no knives, no pans, no broom, no mop, the toaster didn’t work properly. However, worst of all the air conditioners leaked massive amounts of water and soaked us while we slept, my iphone got drenched and suffered water damage, so I had to buy a whole new iphone. When I told the manager she said someone would come fix the A.C. the next day - so we changed our plans to be there and no one ever showed up so we wasted an entire beautiful day waiting for a repairman that never showed up. The scam gets deeper - We had to leave earlier than expected because of a job change, so when we reached out to management to give them notice and have them charge us for the time we spent there, they refuse to return the deposit (even though there were no damages to the apartment) and came up with some random high number to charge us per day that would have equalled to more than the monthly rental price. This random rate was NEVER discussed with us, or written anywhere and when I pointed that out, the manager said “I forgot to tell you” So not only did their faulty air conditioner cost me over $900USD to replace my iphone that THEY broke, but they wanted to steal my money on top of that. But the plot gets even deeper, the ants in this building are at a point where it's basically an infestation and they covered my friend's pillow at night and she woke up with her face so swollen and in pain that she couldn't go anywhere the entire day. There were multiple cockroaches in the hallway and I notified management they said "Yes I saw them on the cameras, but thats normal". So everyone save yourself the headache from this filthy place with horrible management!

The room is very big, it has a fridge but no cattle for hot water. the furniture not as fancy and new as in the picture. It's more than 20 min walk from the 5th ave. and the beach. The guy who manages the place is very nice and helpful, most of the communication with him dune in the cell or by email because he's not at the property all day.
