Hotel Andreas Tulum

I'd like to leave my complaint for this restaurant. On the date of hj 28/12/24 was on a tour, I went to use the toilets and the woman who takes care of the bathrooms was extremely poorly educated. He told me to come out front to the people passed pq had not picked up a stick to make a taste of ice cream. I went back and picked up and handed it to a man and still she wanted me to pay 20 pesos when I left the bathroom. Even being with guide and taking the free sample. In the end the girl who takes care of the bathrooms called us miserable and the man who works almost hit my fiancé. A woman who works caring for the bathroom is extremely thick and poorly educated with a tourist, calling the tourists miserable. This kind of treatment of tourists is unacceptable. I work with human resources and it's unfortunate to have this kind of employee at this restaurant. She must be blind or a banger. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the perpetrator. And the man saw me grab the stick and still went up my fiancé. Extremely unprepared officials.

20°13'7.36"N 87°26'7.34"W This is a review of the restaurant, not the hotel. I already reviewed the hotel. I ate there after my visit to the ruins. The restaurant is ok, serves as a bar also. The menu will allow you to eat Mexican, a little maya. I had a hamburger which wasn’t bad. The fries were ok. This is not meant to be a great restaurant but you can still get a good meal for a correct price. Of course everything is more expensive than in Mexico. This is tourist country and you will know it if you know the prices elsewhere. Still, not bad.

Food was mediocre, toilets were pretty bad without running water in the sinks, music was way too loud and they would not turn it down after we asked. Yeah I regret being too lazy to walk a bit further.
