Unbeatable location. Right on 5th Avenue, very close to the ferry terminal and ADO. Basic but nice and comfortable. To reach the room, one had to go up one floor by stairs. There is a lack of surfaces to place items in the bathroom. That was not very practical. Very good WiFi. I was at a restaurant around the corner and remained connected. The bed and pillows are plush and comfortable. There is air conditioning and a water dispenser on the first floor hallway. There is a nice little terrace upstairs.

I stayed here several times! Owners consent to you in a personalized way It's a super warm place! The rooms are cozy and the service is familiar It is a small but large hotel at heart. When I visit Playa del Carmen I always stay here Thank you.

A beautiful little jewel in typical style in the heart of Playa literally 10 Mt from 5th Avenue and the sea.Clean, safe, with lots of privacy and professional and impeccable employees at work. Location really close to everything, super exclusive. It was certainly a fundamental element for the perfect success of our Christmas holiday. Thank you very much for your amazing service!
