I was there! I want to return, but there is no way to contact you.... URGENT!!!! The stay was an excellent experience!!!

This hotel doesn't exist. I booked this in January 2025 for my sisters wedding and didn't see any of these reviews. I get an email from them a few days before saying "see you in 7 days." To my horror, I pull up to the hotel and the gate is shut. I got no secondary hotel just an FU, the security guard says hotel is closed. Oh my god, to leave people in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. May the owners get the karmic retribution they deserve. On August 9, 2025, when we arrived at the door of the hotel, an employee informed us that the hotel is closed for remodeling and handed us a transfer letter, the bad thing was that we were NOT notified in advance and also did not transfer the payment we had already made. They never answered the calls we made to clarify and practically left us adrift.
