What stood out the most was the food, the quality was excellent. The service was also exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. The amenities felt a little limited, which made the experience seem slightly incomplete.

I went to the hotel for a day, and that was enough for me to realize that it is one of the best hotels I have visited. From the moment you arrive, you feel the tranquility; the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Everything feels high quality. My stay was short, but I was left wanting more.

Incredible experience! Everything was perfect during our stay; the food was spectacular and the place is beautiful. It's a shame about the sargassum, but it didn't affect us too much personally; we enjoyed the pools a lot.
