The hotel is clean, the staff is professional, and the service was excellent at all levels. The restaurant staff particularly distinguished themselves with their professionalism and kindness, especially at the Bloved restaurant. The entire team is truly professional, always smiling, and offers impeccable service. Our room was magnificent and impeccable thanks to the excellent work of our housekeeper, Sofia. We really appreciated the high level of care throughout our stay. We also benefited from exceptional service at the pool thanks to the server Yamilet, who was kind and attentive, and made our stay even more pleasant.
However, we were disappointed by the condition of the beach. There was a significant amount of sargassum and, despite the tireless efforts of the staff to remove it, the sea remained difficult to use. Furthermore, the hotel only has one pool, constantly crowded with children, and the lack of depth indicators made it unsafe and potentially dangerous. Aside from these points, the hotel itself offered excellent service.
