The room was very clean and nice, very quiet hotel, very good! Fast reception, everything OK, we will most likely return soon. Very good location, central and right next to the federal highway. We also liked that it is quite calm and quiet.

A short 2 nights stay booked through Dial an Exchange! No real benefits travelling as an affiliated member, buy overall the stay was pleasant. Could do with a wider choice at breakfast to make the inclusive more appealing. Staff where attentive & helpful throughout.

If you want to be in town with locals away from touristic places then this is a great place to get a Decent room, great service, and courteous staff, it's a bed and breakfast so nothing fancy, breakfast is not that good, I suggest you get the room without breakfast and eat out, because there's a lot of great places to eat in playa del carmen.
