Riviera Maya Suites

Very nice and clean resort walking distance from the city centre. Checkin just when rooms are ready not waiting until 15h00 like most, we could checkin at 12h00 already. Also very nice host.

Super clean 2 bedroom apartment with everything you can ask for including a washer and dryer. The beds are not what you find in a 4/5 star hotel but decent for a 3 star hotel. The pool is beautiful and it’s surroundings as well. It’s literally adjacent to the main walking street and we always felt safe here. I would have given this review a 5 star but I’m giving it a 4 because the balcony was super dirty. They hadn’t cleaned the floor or garden furniture so there were many dead bugs aside from all the dust. The amenities are those of a 3 star but the reception folks were always nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable place to stay. I look forward to coming back
