The hotel is lovely and the service staff is friendly, but when checking in, the girls on duty were a bit indifferent (service quality was lacking). Additionally, the internet is very slow and disconnects frequently.

The hotel canceled a few hours of arriving in St. Louis, they told me it was because of a pipe failure, they offered to change to the hotel inn (much further from downtown) saying they would respect my price, when I spoke to the other hotel it turns out it was much cheaper. I don't recommend it.

Excellent place, comfortable room, cleanliness throughout and views of the historic center of SLP. Friendly staff attentive. The prices are suitable for the area and there are options of restaurants a few meters from the place, you do not hear noise in the room despite being the center area of the place.
