Best Western Posada Freeman Express Mazatlan

Second time at this place .did not disappoint , always great service, hotel is very clean. Mary ,the manager of the hotel made sure my stay was very comfortable and went out her way to make sure everything was absolutely perfect..from Esteban the lobby guy to the kitchen and cleaning staff and the people working the front desk, thanks for all your effort during my stay..I would recommend this place a 10/10 and will be back again shortly. The views are pretty spectacular as well Thank again!!

The room was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. The problem was the continuous construction and repairs happening in the adjacent rooms. Hammering and cutting would begin at 6:30 AM each morning and continue until sometime in the evening. We had to leave the hotel three days early and find another more peaceful place to stay. We were very disappointed!
