Torrenza Boutique Resort

Mold on shower curtains. Thick dust layers in many appliances. Extremely dusty AC vents. Floor tile is in really bad shape. Pool and common areas have trash everywhere. Tv remotes are broken. Some of the lights don’t work and we had to take a shower in the dark. Lots of hair found on our sheets. Sheets are in bad shape and they have no matress cover. We paid for a remodeled Junior suite and this is the condition of the room. We don’t mind that the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but we do mind that they don’t care to clean. There’s no excuse for being dirty. We paid an affordable price but the hotel should be clean.

Sat through a full presentation and politely declined. When we went to get the promised (and signed up for) gift, were told we wouldn't receive anything. What followed was right out of the movies. Suddenly we were surrounded by large Mexcan bouncers who escorted us to the roadside. After sleeping on it, we feel grateful we escaped unharmed. Please beware of this resort, it could be dangerous!

This year I traveled with 15 other friends to my beloved Torrenza..... I have been coming here for over 15 years.... yes, sometimes you have to wait for the hot water, you have to ask for more towels.... but...... you are in the cutest boutique 30 unit resort in Mexico!! I was able to secure 8 rooms for all of us.... Rene' at the restaurant is a gem!!! we had so much fun... even did some surf fishing and had them cook it up for us..... nice little resort... not a bunch of people fighting for beach chairs, or pool lounges.... safes in each of the rooms for keeping your stuff safe..... just ask the front desk if you need a taxi .... better yet, for 11 pesos grab a city bus..... we had a blast!!!! *******Do Not do a timeshare presentation!******
