They offer you a rated hotel with a COST of at least 4 stars and ALL the rooms lack air conditioning; instead, the classic ceiling fan worthy of a hotel with NO MORE THAN 2 stars. It is DISGUSTING to try to sleep like that; you get hot, you uncover yourself, and you get sick from the air you receive directly on your body from the fan. BE VERY CAREFUL if you are looking at the COST-BENEFIT value of the money

Do not go, it is a hotel that is too old and neglected, the air conditioning does not work, the pools are very dirty, in my room the tile was peeling off, the restaurants are terrible and expensive... there are better options in the area and at a much better cost... Fiesta Americana is getting worse and worse.

The hotel is neglected and is missing things like air conditioning, water in the fountains, and bathrooms near the pools. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The gardens are very pretty and the rooms are large. The mattresses need a change already. The snack menu is delicious. It has a dirty, neglected, and out-of-service play area.
