Best Western Maya Tabasco

I stayed at the hotel on December 23 (2025), only one night, the hotel was nice, the reception was attentive, but the rooms were in very bad condition, the bathroom was very dirty, the pillowcases had a horrible smell and the bed cover was dirty, in the wardrobes of the dresser we found clothes of people who were previously in the room, the room in general smelled very bad, it shows how little cleaning they have. The hotel has good parking and good location, but the cleanliness of the parking is very bad, because in the evening, after doing some shopping I arrived and there was an exaggerated amount of cockroaches.

This hotel was perfect for one night. It's location is perfect for what we needed. Granted it needs renovations the staff was really helpful. The room smell damp but beds were comfy and the rooms looked cleaned with the exception of the bathroom wich was a bit moldy. The stay included breakfast which was very good. For that alone made our stay good.

This hotel is rather old and tired in appearance these days. The halls are rather dim and the decor fairly dull. Having said that, the staff were cheerful and helpful. The rooms were quite large, and ours had 2 queen used beds which were comfortable. There was a bare minimum of towels with no hand towels. I felt it was adequate as a hotel if you were just wanting a bed for the night with no frills.
