Hotel refused to credit the refundable pet damage deposit of 1,000 pesos; clerk checked and confirmed there was no damage to the room. The clerk claimed the charge was only a hold. Later that day they double-billed me for my pets as well. An extra $1,900 pesos or $110 USD/$150 CDN added to my bill. I have started the chargeback process. Avoid this place like the plague.
