Arriving at the hotel at 08:30pm approximately, the receptionist Gabriela, behaved quite cutely, and was slow to find my reservation, which was already confirmed by booking.com, she mentioned that she did not have any reservations in my name, moments after checking, mentioned that if I was, when asking her where the parking was left she showed little interest in explaining the location, only said 2 blocks to the left, I lost 20 minutes looking for the parking, when arriving again at the lobby she did not explain the proper use of the elevator, never mentioned that it is used with the key , so I went up and stayed on the first floor and could not find a way to get to my room on the fourth floor, since she only handed 1 key to my wife and also did not explain the operation of the elevator, my wife lost more than 10 minutes trying to rescue me on the first floor but the elevator did not arrive, the receptionist Graciela saw her go down several times to the lobby asking for help to be able to help me on the first floor and she became quite despotated and with little attitude of service, likewise the security guard did not know what was the proper use of the elevator, and mentioned that the stairs were scary, imagine in case of an emergency this becomes dangerous, the truth the facilities are not so bad but the set leisure of the staff is n this case reception and security is lousy , of course I will not recommend them

Very good hotel, quiet and very comfortable, the rooms smell good and has everything to have a good stay, I will return soon
