Holiday Inn Express Ciudad Victoria

The room was clean, the bedspreads smelled bad. Clean sheets but looks dirty, outside looks good, however the rooms lack maintenance.

Old and without remodeling or maintenance, its price does not correspond to the comfort provided, pity of facilities, left them in the abandonment

Facilities definitely need better maintenance. During my whole stay I bathed in cold water, and when I requested to be supported by solving that problem, they only told me that they would go to my room but never went. Before the quality of the food was excellent, now it touched me either warm or roasted, but not as it should be. The subject of check-in was quite a problem, as every day I had to send a reminder but they never sent them to me until I had already left the hotel. The iron has tartar and there are rare smells in the room.
