The hotel is simple but the attention of the staff and the human quality is incredible, as is the breakfast offered if you like the transfer service, it is 100% recommended! Very clean rooms and facilities, the price-quality ratio is very good

Terrible service, dirty bathroom, malfunctioning air conditioning, the TV did not work, it was reported and they did nothing, bad smell from the hotel in general and dirty. We hope to never return, very dirty lobby, it was reported that there was no hot water and nothing was done.

Long waiting time for the check in, even with a previous reservation. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but at 6:30 they are just arriving to the kitchen. Air cooler really noising! Clean rooms and a good concierge (service attitude) are my only good experiences.
