City Express Minatitlan

Its air conditioning sounds more when it is turned off than when it is turned on, this time I did not want to turn on the air conditioning but it sounds a lot although it is turned off, I spoke to the reception, they sent a person to check it and they tell me that they can not do anything that because they no longer have rooms like mine, only one upstairs from the one I hired and that tomorrow the maintenance man tells him to turn off the water line so that it does not sound, I can not sleep with that noise but the hotel does not provide solutions.

When frever I visit Minaatitlan, I prefer City Express. You folks always give great service, a great place to stay, and a very friendly staff. It's always very nice ... every time I stop by on my way to or from Guatemala.

We stayed one night, clean room, nice staff. Our air conditioner stopped in the middle of the night and the hotel had it back on within minutes. Busy and thought it was going to be noisy, nope! We slept until 8:00 and didn’t hear any noise.
