rooms ok need a little t l c area out of the way need car or bus to do anything pool fine food good service ok front desk needs help but after 15 min or so worked it out nice small store in hotel for odds & ends snacks ect beach a short walk shorter stay i think would be better i rate it at 3 1/2

We found this hotel to fall far short of what we expected from our initial expectations. The staff were unhelpful and could not be bothered to resolve problems unless we hassled them. Initially we were told we had only booked one room and would be four of us in there. After much to do they found we had booked two rooms. Did bot bother to programme room keys so could not get back in initially. One safe would not work and our shower covered the whole bathroom when switched on. The shower was resolved after asking 3 times, safe was never fixed. We had to move rooms twice as room smelled as sewage. Eventually neither safes worked and asked again for them to be fixed. After hassling them again a guy turned up and took a minute to do each one!! Complained to the manager in person and he was not interested in anything. Just said we have moved you, problem solved, even when we complained that our clothes now smelt. Worst of all was the mosquitos in the lobby and breakfast restaurant due to the stale water in the aquarium. Staff and guests alike were bitten to pieces. Sunbeds by the pool were broken and the place was not clean overall. Despite the price there are, as we found out, much better places to stay in the area than this and I would advise anyone to avoid this like the plague. Airconditioners were like having a car or aeroplane in your room as well.

Where do I start. Our room smelt like sewage. We speak a bit of spanish, but the staff speak absolutely no english (so if youre not confident don't come here), so trying to explain this was difficult. We got moved rooms, second room smelt like sewage. Moved again and the third room had no hot water and an ants nest on the balcony.none of the safes worked either. Asked to speak to the manager; useless lump of lard. Just shrugged his shoulders and said "youve moved rooms, why arent you happy?". The beach its in front of is dirty. Furthermore, they charge you 200 pesos to take your room towels to the beach, AND to their own pool!!! Crap, don't come here.
