The hotel is under renovation. Rooms with leaks. Being a good chain, at least I expected a good stay but it was not the case, room 111 old, enclosed overlooking a courtyard, area in remodeling where I met daily with construction workers but the worst ... An unpleasant and unbearable smell of CAÑO in the room and throughout that area, I must emphasize that our waiter Miss Luz did everything possible to decrease the smell but it is a serious problem that I am sure the hotel knows but they do not solve. We already had paid for three nights with the option of two more but prefer to change hotels since at no time offered to change rooms because they had full occupancy. Buffet breakfast foods are good to dry and basic, do not have a nice bar or restaurant. The beautiful but unmaintained pools, murky waters, what is salvageable is the Good Service of your employees. I don't recommend it nor would I return

All very well, the hotel staff is very friendly and efficient when making any kind of enquiry, is very well located and makes the price somewhat high for what is offered. Having a tunnel that connects directly to the beach is great for those restful times. Shopping plazas and the WTC very close, that made it the ideal choice for us.
