The hotel and taxi service were very kind, during and after my stay. They also helped me with my invoice, always attentive.

Average experience; the hotel has a good location, and the facilities are generally fine. Specifically, the mattress in the room I occupied was very worn and uneven. I also did not have cold water in the shower, so maintenance had to come to open a shut-off valve. I believe that a hotel of this category should have more control over these types of incidents that tarnish the good service and attention of the staff and the general facilities.

This hotel is well located in Boca del Río—although it’s a bit far from the airport, it’s situated in a nice and convenient area of the city. For groups, this hotel is a great option—they’re very flexible with itineraries and accommodating to different needs. Gustavo was incredibly helpful while assisting me with my group in Veracruz; he was always ready to answer questions, even before the event started. They offer a good variety of food, and the service is consistently solid. The atmosphere leans more toward families, as it’s a resort, but it still works well for business events and group gatherings. The hotel also has plenty of spaces suitable for working.
