It is a hotel with a privileged location just a block from the Plaza de Armas in Veracruz. The atmosphere is very cozy, located in a very safe area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cozy; you rest very well, and it is air-conditioned. Affordable prices with good cost-benefit, fair price. Clean facilities in general, the pool is impeccable. The rooms with street view are noisy on weekends, but overall, it is a very quiet hotel; you don't notice what happens in other rooms. Attentive staff, very kind, they resolve whatever you need. Clean restaurant, comfortable, regular, healthy breakfast. Terrible food, very poor. The elevator needs maintenance, the access doors require adjustments.
