Good place and excellent location in the central part of Veracruz

Nice hotel, all the rude reception staff, very friendly cleaning staff, 8/10 cleaning, no climate in gym plus only 2 machines work, abundant restaurant food but taste 7/10, no cockroaches in room but if in parking.

With a detour for work and to visit Veracruz, I stayed in January in this hotel with colleagues. Overall a good hotel and I think recently renovated. I only spent one night on the weekend to visit the city. Recommended as a base. Close to the center, a few steps from the Catedral de Veracruz, and from the Plaza del Danzon, which hosts typical Mariachi songs and dances in the evening. The city overall is nice... Maybe a little dirty for our standards... but all in all special.
