Ruiz Milan

From the beginning it is important to note that it is an old hotel you will not find latest model facilities or state of the art technology but it is very picturesque. In my opinion you can personally find a lot of history. In this place the attention to the reception. It was very good for me. They were attentive the two people who are as buttons for the bags. Both morning and night are very helpful and attentive with one is a simple hotel, but cozy quiet if what you want is luxury, I advise you something diamond category, but within what fits for the price what it offers is very good , as for similar or higher prices in Mexico City or Cancun, I have had bad experiences.

Absolutely NOTHING recommended, the location could be what could cheer you up, but I guarantee you better look for another place, if your lodging stand does not matter how bad you are, but if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness modernity, that you feel good to get to rest after a great day of sightseeing, I regret to tell you that it will NOT be so.

We didn't stay there how dirty everything was. Hallways and dirty room, the door was jammed from the old, dreadful bathroom dirty the yellow cup, TV with only local channels, a/c only an on and off switch without temperature control, elevator was not good, The reservation was for 4 nights already paid for by Takeoff but as we went in we went to look for another hotel regardless that it was already paid for, I asked for return but they told me they did not know if it could , I asked for the manager and they did not want to give me their name or the person who attended me, I found out that I was covering the receptionist and that was the sales one this was on Monday May 19 like 2 in the afternoon, this I know because they made me wait until 3 pm check in time .... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL, I never really stayed how dirty it was...!!!!!
