The staff was always friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. I highly emphasize the tranquility of the place and the overall cleanliness. It is certainly a very good choice for both rest and work trips. I'd come back without thinking.

A few days ago we stayed at that hotel and everything excellent -rich breakfast and filling ♥️ - hotel with good presentation in every way,very elegant - the staff are very friendly and attentive I will not hesitate to return with my whole group to that hotel 💯 Recommended! The only problem was parking but all excellent

We we stayed here a few nights while in Xalapa. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance to eat at night, and breakfast was served at the hotel. Rooms were nice, with plenty of room and clean. Found the stairs a tad dangerous, see picture. Overall, it was a good stay, though.
