Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has not been satisfactory due to serious safety and hygiene deficiencies which I consider unacceptable. Lack of functional emergency exits: There are no adequate evacuation routes or visible signs, posing a serious risk in the event of an emergency. This aspect is essential in any accommodation establishment and should be addressed urgently. Accumulation of trash and unusable objects: Residues and disused materials can be observed in various areas of the hotel, creating an environment of disorder and unsanitary. In addition to affecting the guest experience, this could pose a health and safety hazard. Difficulty evacuating without elevator: For those of us who do not use the elevator, there is no fast and efficient evacuation route, which in emergency situations could compromise the safety of guests. I tried to communicate these problems to the hotel staff, but I did not find an adequate answer or a solution on their part. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this establishment until steps are taken to correct these deficiencies. I hope the hotel management will take these points seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests.

The reservation system is abysmal, they have to be repeated many times the same, it is slow and they are not noticeable. At the time of making the room charge they were unclear about the included breakfast and at the end of breakfast they asked us to move to pay when we understood it was already paid. It is the second time we have had problems in this hotel because the previous one we were assigned a room already occupied by other people and we were very scared when we arrived and saw several men inside.
