Casa Lucia

Having a great time here. The staff are all fantastic and super on top of everything. The rooms are really clean and the room service has been fast. Perfect location for checking out the city. Water is hot in the showers nice and cool in the pool.

The hotel is centrally located right next to Santa Lucia Park, I believe on of the best spots if you stay in Merida for a couple of days. The hotel is nice, we had a luxury room and it was spacious and clean. However, no hot water for three full days even though we asked gave notice to the reception. The pool are is nice to chill but the pool is not always clean and a lot of chloride is used. After in all, a good hotel to stay in for a couple of days when you visit Merida.

Nice classic hotel, lovely location in the old historic part of Merida. Rooms were very clean, spacious & comfortable. Lovely garden/courtyard area with a pool to cool off in after a long hot day. Just a couple of negative points, the internet was a bit unreliable and the same with the hot water.
