This hotel is a quiet place to stay when traveling. The place is very clean and tranquil. They offer continental breakfast every morning, and the food is fresh and delicious. Rooms are very clean and the personnel who works in the hotel are very kind and polite. I have the best opinion of all of them. They yreat you like family. It is located on Prolongación Paseo de Montejo, north of centro Mérida. It is close to major malls and restaurants as well.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE Terrible experience at the hotel, my money was literally thrown away. Honestly, I had a variety of hotel options and I opted for the one that had a pool that I had never used, a gym that I had never used, and an included breakfast that I found truly LEATHERABLE! A small bar for the entire hotel with a single steamer with egg and another with apple tortilla chips, bananas and disk to make a sandwich but there is never any bread. It really is horrible. It's better to go to the Starbucks across the street. The truth is that if you choose this hotel for breakfast included, do not comment on that error I preferred not to have breakfast there even once again. In addition, the occupancy was so high that there was no place to sit, I don't want to be exaggerated but the mornings at the hotel seemed like a flea market and there was no dining room to eat. There were people on the floor, thank you! With that. Upon arrival the reception told us that water, coffee and tea were unlimited. (I will comment on my experience later) From the moment of arrival, outside our room there was garbage, dust, tickets and labels, the room we were given did not have towels, hand towels, or bath towels and it did not have bathroom cleaning products such as shampoo, soaps or condition. The room does not have a closet nor does it have a space next to the TV with 5 hooks that can fit the clothes. Obviously the maid's workload made us wait a while longer for towels to be able to use the bathroom. They gave us clean but gray towels. I can not believe that. Incredible being on level 6 in Merida they only have ONE ice machine and on the ground floor. Only ONE thing is worth recognizing, the smile, kindness and services of Maria the maid. What seems unfortunate to me is that I did not notice that I rested during my stay there for 3 days, in a period of leaving early in the morning and arriving at night, the poor woman continued making rooms which seems to me to be an excessive abuse of the hours hotel working hours. I have never had such a bad time in a hotel.

It is a clean and pleasant hotel with an excellent breakfast. The only problem is that it is very far from the center in a rather industrial area. Perfect for a business trip, good wifi, and not so much for visiting the city as a tourist. Do not confuse with the City Express Plus, which is closer to the center and in a very pleasant area like Paseo Montejo.
