We were greeted by a lady who spoke only Mexican and did not feel much like making an effort to communicate with us. Fortunately our guide assisted us.
The hotel consists of two-storey buildings set in a garden where there is also a swimming pool, tennis court and breakfast room.
Our room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom and the French door opened onto a small balcony overlooking the garden.
We tried to ask the lady to call us a taxi but she made us realize that, being carnival, there were none. Too bad that as soon as we left the hotel one passed by that immediately stopped at our nod. He also did not speak English but was immediately activated with the voice translation app on his mobile phone.
Breakfast was made to order and was previously salty. The quick but detached service.
