We were late, because we traveled from afar, the girl who attended us at reception I do not say she was rude, because she was not, but she was also not helpful and kind, she almost did not see me in the eyes when she spoke to me, never a smile that made me feel welcome, it was very cold and cutting. However the gentleman standing next to her I think was super friendly bell boy helpful, guided us how to get to the private parking lot of the hotel. The room was simple just to stay overnight, I had to go downstairs to order two extra towels because we had only been given two. The air conditioning never cooled and we only had one roll of toilet paper and there were four of us!!
The breakfast included was simple but was delicious!! And the boy who attended us was very friendly and helpful, very attentive and courteous!! I work in hospitality, I really like that when I go to a hotel they make me feel welcome, I do not need luxuries, of course if there are better, but a smile and genuine attention is felt and appreciated!!
