The food is very tasty and the place is relaxing; Guadalupe and Flor's attention in the restaurant is always very attentive. It is worth getting to know this beautiful place.

The hotel undoubtedly enjoyed its glory period and its walkways and park were crowded by historical personalities as evidenced by the portraits hanging on the walls. Furniture takes us back in history The room remained in its juice: no fridge, no tv , outlet also non-existent , shower obsolete Staff is non-existent

It seems like this place has existed for a long time. Great location close to the Maya site, beautiful surroundings, pictures of times gone by, very nice pool, trees and birds, very nice breakfast, spotlessly clean … but this place needs a major overhaul, especially at the price they are charging. The rooms are dated and yes, the mattresses are hard, it feels and looks old - with some Charme, yes, but this place could be so much more. We were the only one staying there in January (60 rooms), restaurant was closed (we had to go to the sister hotel close by), bar was closed, not really any personnel on site except for cleaning. For one night, it was ok, but with all the other newer hotels close by, it seems like they really have to do something.
