Hotel Dubrovnik

I went to Family to rent 2 rooms, obviously for a 3 star hotel I didn't expect much, but the cleanliness was minimal, the sheets were stained, they seemed dirty, the shower didn't work well, the toilet didn't have a lid or a seat, the Hot water did not come out or ran out very quickly, the mattresses were in very poor condition, sagging, there were no hand towels. I could go on with the details but really look for other options. I didn't rate it as bad because the staff's attention was good.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean, also with good space. It has a good location, easy to access, and close to the main shopping centers and convenience stores, literally next door.

Hotel is very modern, rooms are mid-sized with fast wi-fi connection, parking is available for free. Breakfast was included but offer was miserable. There is also a swimming pool, but we didn't have a time to use it.
