The staff was very friendly and solved some unforeseen problems, such as lending us charger for the phone, raincoats or umbrella for the rain. Very attentive at all times. The cleaning is done daily and have very good timing. As soon as you leave the hotel, you immediately enter the room to clean. The water pressure and temperature is excellent. The towels are large and heavy, which dry very well. The bed is very comfortable although they could improve the pillows a bit. The place is very nice and cozy. The pool has a lot of flies, but that's inevitable. You have to be constantly using repellent but that everywhere in Merida. The restaurant is fine but not as spectacular a seasoning. Honestly there are better restaurants to go to eat, but it's nice to keep it on hand in case you starve. Cost is proportional to experience. Very good and I give it 5 stars. I'll be back.
