Old hotel. Staff unpleasant welcome. Flushing was not working. The positive the location

I hadn't had any bad experiences on previous trips until today. Arriving at the lobby at 12:19 caused the staff on duty to charge a late checkout. My advice to the hotel was that the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired and that makes people not want to return.

A truly terrible hotel, no elevator, no hot water, no hair dryer, no glasses! We had a room with a connecting door to the next room and had to endure the television from there all night. Only the location in the centre could be considered positive.
