The receptionist zero attitude of service, the bathroom dirty, leaky, the elevator broke down 3 times and the power went out several times, the sheets stained, I didn't like it I don't recommend it..................................................................

Poor maintenance in the room, rusty shower, stained walls, damp ceilings, stains from glasses from previous guests, no nightstand on one side of the bed. I don't understand how a chain of this category allows itself to have facilities like this, don't confuse the “express” which we all know is not luxury with decadence which is not economical at all.

The hotel is very well located, a few steps from Plaza Altabrisa. Its price is reasonable taking into account the services it has, since there are other cheaper options, but with the limitations and others with a higher price than what they offer, they make this hotel the best option for my budget. Pros: Its location and the tranquility of the area. Cons: Breakfast is very limited. It starts at 7 am and is not self-service. They offer you the menu: Coffee, fruit (watermelon or papaya) with yogurt and granola and at 7:10 in the morning, there was no papaya. There are two or three varieties of dishes such as eggs to taste and forget about any fruit juice, there simply isn't any.
