Technotel Norte

On January 27th my partner and I went on holiday and have been clients of the franchise for a long time and although the rooms have not been modernized for a while it could be considered pleasant and excellent service. However, the latest experiences inside the hotel, specifically the technoHotel merida north was not at all pleasant. Because they are not honest, the cleaning is not complete, the weather leaks, they do not change the sheets, when you ask for cleaning service to the room if you do not take care of your things they sculpt or take them and unfortunately that happened on our last visit. Three important and valuable rings remained in the room. The reception was informed that his reply and his mobilization were null and void. After the third day they gave an answer and it was as follows: “Nothing was found in the room and we can’t do anything about it,” which is incoherent, because we’re used to leaving details like soda, candy, breads or money for the bedroomers and neither did they find it. The truth is that I advise you to be careful with your personal belongings and bags because you do not have control of your staff, nor the desire to make good the damage to the customer.

I don't recommend it, starting with attention. Your pool is not in Service. We move to the hotel they have in the center and neither serves the pool. We came from Cancun to Valladolid and stayed at their technohotel Valladolid and the Service is completely different from here. PESIMO HOTEL... dirty rooms... the RECEPTION bad customer treatment.... If you hired by application you are assigned the worst rooms... Nobody gives you the face...
